		<description>I used to buy loads of candy, and as a result, I would eat it, because it was "there".

Tip no 1: Only shop when you've eaten enough, *never* when you're hungry, this prevents most impulse buys
Tip no 2: Always shop with a shopping list, this way you go for what you need, and don't need to look at everything else to see if you need that too. (Also a good way to save money, or prevent food from going off because you haven't eaten it)
Tip no 3: Make sure you buy the healthy alternative to snacks, in case you are peckish, instead of Mars-Bars, buy fruit, instead of artificially sweetened break-fast cereal, buy whole weed cereal
Tip no 4: Studies have proven that obesity can be contributed to by a lack of sleep, make sure you sleep 8 hours a day, your body needs this time to get your blood-sugar levels back on track for the beginning of a day
Tip no 5: After you get up in the morning, make yourself some breakfast, and pack a lunch. Breakfast is a very important meal if you want to loose weight, and if you make and/or pack your lunch, you'll be less inclined to indulge in anything someone puts in front of you
Tip no 6: Instead of eating a little snack in the afternoons, remember to consider having a banana or making a sandwich
Tip no 7: When there is something to celebrate for a colleague, make sure you eat a little (healthy) snack, like a pear or an apple, before you go there, this way you won't feel ravished when you start the cake
Tip no 8: Drink loads of water, this makes you feel less hungry
Tip no 9: Eat cucumber, it gives you something to nibble on, is fresh (as it's summer in Europe) and the digestion of the stuff costs your body more energy than what is in there, so technically, by eating it, you're loosing weight
Tip no 10: If you disappoint yourself for one day, don't give up or the rest of your life, everyone is human, and changing your life style will not go without some time to adjust, cut yourself some slack, but try to better yourself, and learn from every experience you have
